7. CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1 "Confidential Information" means information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with this agreement.

The receiving party shall keep confidential all information for three (3) years for two (2) years.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

8.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

The initial term shall be two (2) years unless renewed in writing.
